Leadership is the system behind the work.

Leadership is the system behind the work.

I build and transform Product Design organizations around people, scalable systems, customer evidence, and clear product strategy—helping complex enterprise teams improve quality, delivery, accessibility, and business outcomes.

My experience spans enterprise SaaS, healthcare, cloud, and AdTech organizations navigating growth, platform complexity, restructuring, and product transformation.

How I Lead

I believe strong Product Design organizations create leverage through people, systems, evidence, and purposeful use of technology.

01 — People First

Strong teams need clarity, trust, accountability, and room to grow.

I create environments where designers, researchers, content practitioners, UI engineers, and design leaders understand the business context, know what great looks like, and have the support and decision-making clarity to do meaningful work at scale.

02 — Systems Over Heroics

Great design organizations should not depend on a few people repeatedly rescuing delivery.

I build operating models, design systems, governance practices, shared standards, and decision rhythms that make quality more repeatable and help teams move with greater confidence.

03 — Evidence Over Opinion

Design decisions should be informed by customer insight, product data, business context, and measurable outcomes.

Research, analytics, NPS, CSAT, behavioral signals, accessibility, and experimentation help teams make better tradeoffs and connect customer experience to product and business priorities.

04 — AI With Purpose

I use AI where it creates practical leverage—synthesis, exploration, documentation, validation, pattern reuse, and repetitive quality work.

The goal is not AI everywhere. Human judgment remains accountable for strategy, new interaction patterns, accessibility edge cases, trust-sensitive experiences, and ambiguous or high-risk decisions.

Signature principle

Systems over heroics. Enablement over gatekeeping. AI for repetition. People for judgment.
